THE BEST QUALITY SUSHI OFFER IN BRNO
What types of sushi do we have?
Sushi is a traditional Japanese dish that offers countless possible variations. Although there are many ways to prepare it, traditional Japanese sushi honors tradition. In the same way, here at HATS, we rely on the precise preparation of the highest quality sushi in Brno and we now want to invite you to a small tour of our sushi menu.
MAKI
Maki sushi is one of the most typical Japanese dishes, very popular today all over the world. It is a rice roll wrapped in seaweed with fillings, of which there are countless according to the area and also your own imagination.
SASHIMI
Technically, sashimi is not a type of sushi because it does not contain any rice. However, it is a very important part of Japanese cuisine and therefore we must not omit it from our list. Sashimi is a thinly sliced fish or meat, often served raw. It can be any kind of meat, fish or seafood.
NIGIRI
Nigiri sushi, a roll of rice lightly smeared with wasabi paste and garnished with a piece of fish, is consumed in Japan in even greater quantities than maki sushi. The types of fish for nigiri sushi are usually chosen according to the area, both raw and grilled, marinated or cooked.
URAMAKI
So it's called inverse sushi. The type of maki sushi is prepared in the opposite way, ie. rice around the perimeter, seaweed inside. The most famous variant of uramaki is California Roll with sesame and crab stick. We also recommend Philadelphia Roll (Philadelphia sushi) with Philadelphia cream cheese, cucumber, or. salmon.
FUSION
Fusion sushi is prepared using a combination of various non-traditional ingredients. E.g. Fusion Uramaki is made from tempera shrimp, Philadelphia cheese, cucumber, salmon / tuna coated asparagus and various variations of sauces such as spicy-mayo, sezsame-mayo or teriyaki. Thanks to the use of various preparation methods such as roasting or frying, Fusion is also suitable for customers who cannot eat raw fish.
