Seared salmon / tuna, sliced served with white radish, cherry tomatoes, onions, ponzu and teriyaki sauce drizzled with concentrated yuzu juice and olive oil.
AGEDASHI TOFU
"Silken tofu" or tofu wrapped in a fine Japanese batter, then lightly fried and served with sweet ponzu sauce and fresh spring onions.
SALMANGO SALAD
Fresh salmon served with mango, onion and cherry tomato salad, then topped with honey mustard dressing and regulated red wine.
